Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).
Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Returns and Refunds Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund, but you have to contact us within 7 days of delivery. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.
We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please note that any item made to order cannot be returned. In the event that any item is returned for refund it must be in a fully saleable condition, having been returned in the same condition in which it left us, and you must pay the cost of sending goods back. Upon satisfactory receipt of any returns we will make a refund of the purchase price paid for the item, but will not refund either the cost of delivery charged by us or the cost for you to return the item.

Replacement In the unlikely event of an item having being received damaged, then we will replace the items OR offer you a full refund, providing you have notified us within 24 hours of delivery.
Change or cancel an order We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns policy the event of any unwanted products.
